Lights embedded in path covered by vegetation

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5081712.

The lights along the edge of the path are covered by vegetation in this area and are both hard to see and very dim due to not getting enough sunlight to charge up. Please can you trim back the vegetation which is covering the lights.
