Car speeds on calais road

It is becoming increasingly frightening the speed of vehicles up and down Calais road, Burton on Trent, there is a 30mph speed limit but vehicles are constantly traveling at greatly faster speeds than that,it has become a rally circuit for some drivers and is only a matter of time before a death occurs, there are lots of families with children and is a main route for children traveling to schools nearby, we are bin need of speed regulating is calming measures etc, It is becoming very scary.
