Gullies are blocked

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5077598.

The gullies are blocked by gravel , sand and other items that are causing the road to flood whenever there is a heavy rainfall. This is outside 207A Upper Richmond Road and about FIVE gullies are blocked along the row of local shops. + The customer reported several times since 2018 and the problem has never been fixed, not have they seen anyone come to clear out the gullies.
