Another hidden pothole

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5076877.

On the left just before the speed restrictors. The road was resurfaced over an existing pothole. The pothole wasn't fixed, so now there is a hidden and sharp dip on the edge of the road which is more dangerous then the original (visible) pothole. Who reviewed the recent works and signed that off?
