Warmingham Lane, Moston between Woodside and Ashbank
Reported via desktop in the Slurry or Mud on the Highway category by Moston Parish Council at 10:42, Mon 9 October 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5076545.
This section of road is now permanently covered in mud and water as a result of Tractors pulling into the verge to empty a septic tank. The road is not fit for purpose as the frequency of tractors causing the damage has increased causing other traffic to damage the verge on the other side of the road. It is understood United Utilities are responsible for the emptying of the septic tank. If this septic tank emptying continues from the roadside a proper hardstanding with drainage needs to be installed and the damage repaired.
