Bags of rubbish dumped on the pavement and never collected. Foxes tear them apart and litter is scattered everywhere. Council need to sort it out, either if fails to collect, and should start to, or bags are taken out in the wrong days, and those responsible should be fined. Palmers green has become un-walkable, dirt and rubbish cover the streets.
