Continuing flytipping

We are continually reporting fly tipping on our cul de sac since the restaurant opened opposite Mona Rd on Gravelly Lane especially at weekends they have what appears to be family parties we have large cars parked on the corners and even across the Rd blocking our exit or making it dangerous to get out of the cul de sac. We have witnessed some of these people empty their rubbish either from the cars or carry it across from the restaurant and just leave it on the corner as you can see last nights rubbish in the photo. Also at the end of the 1st house where there is a entry that continually gets fly tipping from the houses that back onto Mona Road as most of these are rented on short leases and have a fast turn over of tenant they just leave their rubbish . I'm reporting this most months the rubbish attracts vermin and rats freely run up and down
