Unauthorised advertising?

Sent to East Lothian Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5072798.

There are a series of bins advertising the sponsorship of a company in the Dunbar Conservation Area.

They are advertising a private LTD company, not a community owned energy company.

The complaint is that surely these adverts are incompatible with the DCA. Surely they require advertising consent? They should be removed.
