Cars blocking pavement and illegal parking.

On Riley way (near spring bank west) several cars are parked on the pavement, blocking driveways and parking on double yellow lines and in corners making it difficult and dangerous to drive and walk down. This occurs every event at the stadium and is particularly bad during Hull fair.
