School bus consistently blocking the new bike lane

This bus plus occasionally another one park up in the new bike lane regularly each week from approximately 9am until about 2.30..A lot of time and money was obviously spent to improve the safe cycle way in Hazel Grove and these drivers have absolutely no right to block safe access to the cycle lane making cyclists have to bump down the pavement into the busy main road to go around.
