Footpath dangerous and very dark at night.

This footpath is ridiculously sheltered by unkept and slowed over growth bushes to the point were as you have to duck and dive walking past tight to the opposite side of path with falling debris, pathway is very sheltered and very dark at night blocking out light, my wife refuses to use at night alone. Bush is approximately 20 foot tall and overhangs the footpath I’d say more than four foot. And should be cut back to boundary of garden to at least nine foot tall so as to slow use and light. In my opinion
