Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5065696.

Multiple cars blocking house and have to ask them to move everytime, need access as my mum is disabled and needs to get in and out of the house. Wouldn’t be a problem if we could get past but she can’t and it makes her feel terrible everytime.
