Sent to East Staffordshire Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5064411.

This are has been here for more than one year. It was already reported to DVLA, Police, Council. No Action have been taken in the last 8 months since I raise this enquiry. This car is full of garbage, is on flat tyres for more than 6 months, doors are opened. Are rats and mice's coming around as is look like is some food or empty food packages.
