Grass verge a total mess

Heavy or large vehicles especially recycling and bin lorries continue to drive over the verge causing this absolute mess. I have asked the council many times to sort this but clearly I get ignored . This section of small verge needs removing and replaced with concrete so the said vehicles can then cross it without causing anymore unsightly mess.
