Traffic Lights Causing Build up of Traffic

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5055666.

I believe the traffic light sequence has been changed at the Sainsbury's junction, and or the Selby Road roundabout towards the end of August and since then the traffic queues every night back down Stile Hill Way to Bullerthorpe Lane, taking on average over 10 minutes to get through. Traffic pulling out of McDonalds is also adding to the issue.
