Another Storm Drain Blocked By Overgrown Vegetation

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 02:34, Tue 3 October 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5055103.

As can be seen in the photos the overgrown vegetation and verge has completely blocked the storm drain located at the edge of the road by the old railway bridge.

Vegetation needs cutting back and the verge and gully clearing / re-edging to clear the access route to the drain to allow rain water and surface run off to effectively drain away.

Cannot report as a drain issue as this drain is not setup in the system!
