Drain Sump / Chamber Fully Blocked

Reporting again for the 4th time as still no action has been taken!

As can be seen this drain is fully blocked and the sump/chamber is full of mud/silt/grit/debris.

This means no surface runoff water can drain away. In the heavy rains of the evening of Monday 2nd October this causes low level flooding / deep puddling at the side of the road heading down Banbury lane / Butchers Lane.

Drain needs clearing, unblocking and testing ASAP!
