Conflicting Speed Signs

If you exit from Llantrisant Road onto Excalibur Drive, there is a 20mph sign but then there is also a 30mph sign closer to Sainsburys so please confirm what speed this is meant to be? Also, if you exit Sainsburys and turn right onto Excalibur Drive, there is absolutely no sign post to tell you what the speed is, only the 30mph sign on the other side of the road which is very confusing.
