Cars are parking so close to zebra crossing that visibility is poor.

This issue is causing significant danger to the public, especially due to the fact it occurs during drop off and pick up times of Saint Mary's primary school in Newport. I have observed cars not stopping for pedestrians which are mainly children, prams having to stick out into the road for parents to be able to see around cars and countless near misses. It is only a matter of time before a child is mamed or killed. Council notified on 3 occasions but still no patrols next to this crossing enabling the photos attached.
