My neighbours boyfriend keeps parking across the line into my space

This means when people book my space to park they cannot park here and I lose money. I am also getting a car soon and he will stop me parking in my space. He has actually threatened to kill me and my partner when I have talked to him. He is rumoured to be in possession of guns.

  • I look forward to receiving your reply asap. The situation is stressful and I shouldn't feel like this for just wanting sole access to my parking space. He is a horrible man and has threatened a different neighbour previously which led to installation of CCTV on the premises. I would really like him barred from the premises now. He could have parked in the visitor parking no problem but chooses to take up one and a half spaces with his enormous vehicles which he obviously can't park properly. The fact he has threatened me and my partner as well as verbally abusing me substantially has put me off of going to court though the police said I can.
