Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5048831.

The benches outside the Post Office and Home Bargains are littered with cheap alcohol bottles and rubbish from people the police are aware of, who are drunk disorderly and breaching Section 4 of the Public Order Act. A coordinated response by council Cleansing and amenities (deciding whether to keep those benches as an ASB hub) PcSOs and police is needed. Please.
