Series of potholes creating on-coming traffic hazard

As one approaches the bridge over the river from the A3057 road heading towards Mottisfont there is a series of potholes. These are severe enough that traffic is pulling onto the wrong side of the carriageway to avoid the potholes. This is on the approach to what is a blind bend for traffic coming from Mottisfont towards the A3057 so presents a significant collision hazard.
