Estate Agents' Boards Should not be here?

Reported via desktop in the Flyposting category anonymously at 19:25, Wed 27 September 2023

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5038671.

Surely estate agents must place their boards on the property to which the board relates? The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames surely will not have granted permission to fix boards to their street name sign? Also the owners of the land where the hedge is growing will not grant permission for boards to be placed there. Reference: The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007? Specifically: As described in Schedule 2 - The Standard Conditions And/or as described in: Schedule 3 (Classes of advertisement for which deemed consent is granted), Part 1 (Specified classes and conditions) Class 3 (Miscellaneous temporary advertisements)
