Weeds and foliage growing on the footpath on Mickleton Drive, Ensbury Gardens, Angela Drive and Susan Avenue, Evington, Leicester. There are several elderly people with a shuffling action to walk finding difficulty to negotiate the footpaths. One lady prefers to walk along the road which is very dangerous.
