New padlock on gate. Unable to shut gate.

Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5037696.

A brand new padlock and chain hS been put on the gate, making the gate unable to be shut. Thus compromising the security and safety of those who visit the park.

I also noticed that one of the bins has been emptied and left open and unlocked. Ready to be vandalised.
