Someone has planted wild flowers on the grass near where we live,just wondering if they have had permission,as it looks a mess.None of us residents have been asked if we wanted them, and we would like it cut.People pay good money for gardeners and one lady has paid to have her lawn treated.Don’t want the seeds blowing in our garden or driveway .Can anything be done.Thank you
