Vehicles obstructing pavement in residential area

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category anonymously at 08:59, Wed 27 September 2023

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5035865.

Parking restrictions on Ingram Street and Ingram Row are not in place or enforced, resulting in cars being parked literally everywhere, making it impossible to even walk on pavements. This not only causes inconvenience for everyone but it is dangerous for residents with reduced mobility or parents with little children as they have no other choice than to use the roads instead.

The area used to be monitored frequently and there weren't any issues until couple months ago. On the other hand, the drivers of these vehicles have difficulty parking anywhere else, as nearby car parks were all closed.
