Traffic lights not working

The pedestrian crossing has not been working for MONTHS, I have reported it before but nothing was done to fix it, and this is a very dangerous road to try and cross with the heavy traffic. Sometimes if you press it enough it registers the press, but the vast majority of the time it just times out. As of a couple days ago these traffic lights are completely dead, meaning now even if you stand and hammer the crossing button for 2 minutes there is no chance of a safe crossing.
