People parking on double yellow lines at entrance of road dangerous when trying to pull out into main road.

Schoool runs mainly- people parking at the entrance of spruce avenue on double yellow lines and on the pavements both sides so cars can’t through and children having to walk into the road to get around. When turning right if I’d spruce avenue I always have to drive in the wrong side of the road pulling out and on many occasions I’ve nearly had a head on when a cars turning into spruce avenue. This is a daily issue and needs to be made safer.
