Dog barking from 7.25am most days for Over 6 months

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5034299.
The dog is owned by a couple who live on Longwood road . It spends a lot of its time barking in the garden of number 25 ....some relative of owner . The 2 households appear to be totally oblivious to the noise this animal makes . Council have been unhelpful and advised us to approach the owners of the properties concerned and keep logs of times . I record the barking at regular intervals but honestly do not feel I can confront theses people without escalation .Some of my neighbours work from home the barking must be distracting .When the dog is barking we have to close windows or turn music on ...this is unacceptable...we should be able to just sit .They park their vehicles without consideration of other road users and often rev up a large boat in their garden .

Nothing has changed . The dog still barks at its own shadow . The bark is loud and monotonous. The owners and owners in law still don’t give a flying feck . The only slight saving grace and it’s winter so the dog might be barking inside it’s owners house . If the council were remotely interested in the plight of the council tax payers they could contact me and I would supply with recorded evidence ....but that won’t happen I’m sure there far to busy working from home !!!!!!!!
