Which looks abandoned as builders who used it on 109 ARKWRIGHTS finished over a week ago but since cars rock up from other places, not local to dump rubbish onto the skip. This just going to get worse.

Cleared away by 8am the following day, Thank you HTS / Harlow Council. The cleanup was so fast and thorough no one saw who actually cleaned up so quietly 😳 👍🙂🙂
