Which looks abandoned as builders who used it on 109 ARKWRIGHTS finished over a week ago but since cars rock up from other places, not local to dump rubbish onto the skip. This just going to get worse.

  • Cleared away by 8am the following day, Thank you HTS / Harlow Council. The cleanup was so fast and thorough no one saw who actually cleaned up so quietly 😳 👍🙂🙂
