Broken glass covering large area on road and permit parking

A lot of glass, preventing parking, Drivers can’t avoid if passing another car. There for a few days and veolia vans pass by emptying bins. Broken glass huge problem on Churchfields road, dangerous for tyres and animals especially at night. I’ve cleaned up glass before but shouldn’t have to.
