Dumping Builders Rubbish

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5032016.

Waterside Road TQ4 6LJ Bag of builders rubbish dumped in road adjacent to unlawful encampment on the highway by several delapidated caravans. The failure to take reasonable action after serving Section 77 Notices on the unlawful encampment which has been there for weeks has sent the clear message to some that this type of behaviour is acceptable without any repercussions.
