DIY crossover, kerb lowering and blocking highway

A neighbour is building their own crossover at 146 The Grove and lowering the kerb themselves. Building materials are dangerously placed in the road with no lighting.

  • A man is removing the pavement and kerb outside 146 the grove br49jz to make a crossover is this legal. also he has building materials in the road which has no lighting please can you look into this as a matter of urgency before there is accident.

  • The new crossover and kerb seem to be finished but are now a danger to pedestrians. Many bricks are loose and uneven, presenting a potential trip hazard.
