Street not cleaned for properly for over a year

The pavement and road are litter and have been left like this for over a year it is disgusting and this street need a deeply and regularly cleaning with dog and cat pop every where. And rats and foxes

    Is this what they call cleaning the street top to bottom is a disgrace, weeds, leaves and dog and cat faeces, I will wait to see what type of cleaning will be done on a weekly visits
