Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5025967.

Disabled and perdestrian footpath ramp blocked by boundary Hegde, 1 meter+ across footpath, property is Maple Court. This problem was reported to council last year but no action, why.
