Smashed telecoms box and holes in pavement

Telecoms box has been smashed for over 3 years. Doors are now hanging off exposing live cables. Manhole covers are missing to let continuous gas leaks escape leaving holes in ground for people to fall into. Pavement unusable for wheelchairs or prams/buggies.
