Atlas Stone advertising clutter on pavement & road

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5022229.

The pavement is an obstacle course with abandoned roadwork junk, billboards and HUGE street hoarding blocks.

Reported a few times, still no change so I presume no council action either. Last report. No change this time, a formal complaint goes in.
