Building Materials / Equipment Obstructing The Footpath outside property 40 and 44, Virginia Crescent, owners are having works completed for the gardens. This has been happening for a long period (3-4 weeks) and is becoming a nuisance for other residents who need to access the footpath and are having to use the road as access.

    Photo 1: is 44, it also is along the length of the car as you can see with loose timber wood. Photo 2&3 is 40 which has been there for week and getting worse. With it all being left there day and night!

  • Today work started on 44, they have now blocked the path fully with materials, vans and old waste materials! This now means walking on the road from 36-46.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Letters have been sent to the properties requiring that the materials be removed.
