Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5021997.

When there's heavy rainfall the drain outside my property cannot cope. It probably needs the drains cleaning by the mobile unit.

Council said it didn't meet their criteria and no remedial work would be undertaken!
