Huge hole in the footpath

This hole has been here for years and is gradually getting worse. It’s now so bad that people are walking and pushing buggies or bikes round it on the grass. It’s dangerous and is a trip hazard, please can this be fixed to allow better use of the footpath? It’s just as you go over the bridge to walk up Queensway. Many thanks
