These flags were replaced yesterday and it is the second time in 4 months they have been replaced. It is a day later and this bar has had a delivery to the front of the premises and a flag is broken already. Are the council just going to continually replace these flags at the cost of public money when surely getting deliveries to the back makes more sense!!
