Car Reg YD17 TFF parked on double yellow lines on the corner of Stable View (a private road) blocking the pavement at 3.10pm school pick up time. Please can the council alert driver that this is illegal parking and dangerous for pedestrians forcing them into the road.

At the start of the new school term, could the council liaise with Seaside Primary School to advise their parents not to park illegally?
