Car illegally parked on pavement grass verge

Car Reg 0V57 LVN parked on pavement grass verge at 3.10pm school pick up time. Please may I ask the council to alert driver that this is illegal parking and dangerous for pedestrians (young and old). Allowing this parking destroys the grass verge, creates a muddy mess on the footpath, and sets a precedent with other parents driving to collect children from Seaside Primary School thinking this is a parking space! At the start of the new school term it would be good if Seaside Primary School could work with the Council and advise their parent drivers to be mindful of local residents, obey parking laws and not destroy the grass verges in the neighbourhood.
