Severe Flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5017108.

The junction of these 2 roads floods regularly. Today, 21 / 09 /2023, the flooding was so severe this morning it was right across both roads and the pedestrian crossing, and also 90% of the pavement. I witnessed cars driving through far too fast and one older lady drenched as she was unable to avoid. Pedestrians are unable to cross at the designated spot without getting up to their ankles in water. Very dangerous both for motorists who cannot see the edge of the road, and pedestrians. Happens when it rains, and very bad after yesterday's rain. Probably an issue with inadequate drainage?
