Raised manhole cover due to weekend rain

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5014995.

Due to the rain at the weekend the manhole cover in the pavement has blown due to the overcapacity if rain water (happens whenever rain is of monsoon level). Obviously very dangerous to walkers. It is a double 45degree type.
