Another black bag of garden refuse

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5014553.

I suspect residents in nos 17-19 Victoria Park Drive South have taken to leaving these bags out.

A few years ago they were serial flytippers at this spot until warned off by the council.

This bag is directly oppos. no.19.
