Tree foliage blocking cycle lane

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5013290.

The cycle lane outside Varndean School is completely blocked by foliage growing from the base of a tree. It is very dangerous for cyclists as this is a busy road with fast traffic, and they have to move across into the main carriageway to get past.
