This fly tipping spot has been here for more than six! months. Been regularly reporting it to Cardiff Council but nothing is being done. I am desperate to have it solved as it is accompanied by antisocial behaviour ( drug consumption, drinking, defecating, putting things on fire), also it is obstructing our parking space. There are also traces of food so it attracts rats. Reported it to the Council, to the police and to a local councilor.
