Illegal fishing still going on in Kelsey Park/drug taking. No action has been taken about this happening every night , very large fish are being caught and injured other wildlife effected

Every evening illegal fishing and drug taking is happening in Kelsey Park. This is the second time I have reported this and no action is being taken. Apart from the injury to the fish the discarded hooks and line will affect other wildlife and children. Kelsey Park is supposed to be Bromley’s flagship park !
